Passengers left stranded as plane took off without them

Dozens of passengers were left stranded in Spain when a Ryanair plane took off without them. According to a report in the Metro, the passengers were told their plane was being delayed but the jet left unannounced living them behind.

Information screens at the airport told passengers their 10:35am flight to London Stanstead airport was delayed and they should wait in the lounge.

Ryanair say they are not responsible for the information displayed at the airport.

But, surely Ryanair should have made an effort to find out why those passengers were not on the plane before it left the airport. What about that for customer service from Ryanair?
