Is this the way to treat your customers?

Thousands of holiday-makers could be affected by the by RAYANAIR to cancel all tickets booked through price comparison websites.

Ryanair has sparked outrage by saying it will cancel all tickets for it’s flights booked through these price comparison websites which the airline claim to be illegal and they slow it’s own website down.

Price comparison websites indirectly book around 1000 Ryanair tickets a day. Ryanair deputy chief executive Howard Miller, said the airline was already taking legal action against price comparison websites….but cancelling tickets will be “a more effective way of discouraging this unlawful activity”.

Customers will get their money back but must rely on third party-sites for cancellation information.

I can imagine turning up at the airport for my holiday flight only to find out that my ticket has been cancelled. That’s an unfair way to treat your customers I think.
