South Africa to host Miss World beauty pegeant

Miss World pageant offers a chance to enjoy the beautiful attractions in South Africa.

South Africa has won it’s bid to host the Miss World beauty pageant after the event was moved from Ukraine over safety fears in neighbouring Georgia.
“Johannesburg tourism has reawakened. This is the beginning of the future,” Johannesburg Tourism Company chief executive Lindiwe Mahlangu said.

The beauty pageant will be held at the Sandton Convention Centre on December 13. Mahlangu said other initiatives during the pageant build-up would help prepare South Africa for the 2010 World Cup.

Some top attractions to visit whilst in South Africa include miles of unspoiled exotic beaches, More than 20 National Parks offering a diversity of attractions, bustling City life and many more other attractions.
