London Underground customer service team of the year

Travellers who use the London Underground being urged to vote for the London Underground customer service team of the year for a chance to win £100 of FREE travel with Oyster. If you think the staff at your local Tube station go that extra mile to help, this is the chance to let them know by voting for them online. I will be waiting to see how many people think Gantshill station has the best customer service team.

Transport for London says, “When deciding which station to vote for, it’s worth considering whether staff go out of their way to help in everyday situations and out of the ordinary circumstances.

Think about whether staff keep you well informed and if they are well presented, and keep the station clean and tidy, with up-to-date information on display.” Clossing date for voting is December 16.

Well, as for my local station generally they provide a good service. But there have also been those occasions when there has been no one to offer assistance on time and also no service information displayed. Going that extra mile??? Well, never experienced this, maybe others have.

Will they win this customer service award? Well ‘am not so sure, it all depends on what service others have experienced at the station. Personally I don’t think they provide the best service.
