Trafalgar Square fountains turned into giant bubble

Trafalgar Square fountains were turned into a giant bubble bath by ‘Mr Bubbles’, in a ‘foam party’ craze which has seen Bubble fountains at Berlin’s Neptune Fountain in Alexanderplatz and in Lyon.

The stunt was pulled of by members of a social network dubbed ‘Jackass meets Facebook’.

‘Mr Bubbles’ a 19 year old film student from London said he had been waiting to do the stunt for years and he added that he has always been fascinated with fountains and bubbles.

“There were bubbles everywhere and people were playing with bubbles. It was harmless fun,” added ‘Mr Bubbles’. However the Greater London Authorities did not find it funny, they have described it as an act of vandalism. But was this a funny act or this is damaging public property?

I think it was harmless fun. The fountains more than likely needed a good scrubin’ anyway.

Could have been even better in summer time on a very hot day…….unfortunate London officials did not see it that way.
