We are coming to the end of this years summer holiday, and it wasn’t that great summer in England, with the credit crunch plus the rubbish weather it was all dump and gloom especially in the month of August which was probably the wettest in sometime.
Now is the time to start planning for your next summer holiday if you want to take advantage of some of the best deals and avoid disappointments when it comes to availability. Research has shown that you get the best deal now for next summer holidays than if you book later.
Research by Which? holiday magazine has shown that those willing to resort to such long term planning could save up to £1000, which is a big amount of money that can come hand in covering other holiday expenses.
The researchers checked the prices of family holiday to Majorca this July and found out that the cheapest deals were offered in August last year, with the cost rising steadily ever since.
So, if you want to save yourself money, now is the time to start planning and make your holiday bookings.
But given the current credit crunch, do you think it’s a bit early given the rising bills and also Christmas just around the corner.
